Association for Bridge Construction and Design (ABCD)

29th Annual Fall Bridge Conference  (brochure)

Up to 6 PDH Credits

Place: Millennium Hotel Buffalo, 2040 Walden Avenue, Buffalo, NY (located just off I-90 (Exit 52E), adjacent to the Galleria Mall.

Time: Registration, coffee and exhibits start at 7:15 am; Welcome & Introductions at 8:15 am; Conference programs from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Exhibitor Reception from 5:00 to 6:00 pm.      

Cost: ABCD Members - $120; Non-members $150 (does not include membership); Students - $35; Late Fee (applies after 10/27/17). Fees include breaks, lunch and cocktail hour.

Costs for Exhibitors, Sponsorships & Advertising - Exhibitor Booth - $400 (each booth receives one free booth attendant. Additional booth attendant(s) @$120); Sponsorships  - $250 (includes recognition in Conference Program, Sign at the Registration Table, Sign during Breaks, and verbal recognition at Intro & Closing); Advertising - Full page multi-color ad - $250 (4-1/2" W x 7-1/2" H), Half-page multi-color ad - $175 (4-1/2" W x 3-1/2" H). Ads should be sent as jpeg, tiff, gif, or png at 300 dpi or higher to - Deadline for Exhibitor registration, sponsorships and advertising is October 27th. You can choose sponsorship or advertising choices in your registration form.
