Our Professionals Available service provides a way for Individual Member engineers and technologists to post their availablity for hire in a convenient, confidential manner, targetted at the proper corporate audience.  It also makes it easy for our Corporate Members to see if any available talent would be an asset to their team.

Eligibility

• You must be an RES Corporate Member to download the Placement List.
• Postings are accepted only from RES Individual Members.

How to Use the Professionals Available Service:

CORPORATIONS—FINDING A PROFESSIONAL:

1. Become an RES Corporate Member, if you are not one already.
2. Download the Placement List PDF file.
3. Search through the listings of candidates, separated by job category.
4. For each prospective applicant, you will find the following information:
   • ID Number (no names, for confidentiality)
   • Professional Certification/Licensing Status
   • Minimum Salary Desired
   • Citizenship (US, Permanent Resident, Student Visa)
   • Willingness to Relocate
   • Work Location Preference
   • Years of Experience
   • Educational Background
5. Note the identification number of each candidate in which you are interested.
6. Email that list to res@frontiernet.net.
7. Please be sure to include your contact information and company name.

PROFESSIONALS—SUBMITTING YOUR INFORMATION:

1. Become an RES Individual Member, if you are not one already.
2. Fill out the Professionals Available information form. This is confidential and you will be identified to prospective employers only by an ID number.
3. You will be asked to provide the following information:
• Name and email to RES so we can contact you if an employer is interested 
• Professional Certification/Licensing Status
• Minimum Salary Desired
• Citizenship (US, Permanent Resident, Student Visa)
• Willingness to Relocate
• Work Location Preference
• Years of Experience
• Educational Background
4. This form will be automatically submitted to Assistant Executive Director, Lynne Engelbrecht
