Panko Breaded Chicken - Chicken Cutlets dredged in Panko Bread Crumbs with Manicotti and a Smooth Marinara Sauce

Baked Salmon - Herbed rubbed Salmon with a Lemon Cream Sauce

Eggplant Roulettes (Vegetarian) - Lightly Breaded Eggplant filled with Rocotta Cheese and Marinara Sauce
